Mohamed Abdel Hafez Mahmoud Hafez works as a legal advisor in the office at commercial department. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Arab Republic of Egypt University of Alexandria in 2004 and diploma in criminal sciences form Alexandria University. He has Practical experience of 14 years as a legal advisor in various sectors, including the banking sector, where he worked as a legal advisor in the Emirates NBD .currently he heads the commercial department of the office due to his extensive experience in various legal fields, especially commercial law and criminal law. He is a specialist in corporate issues and deal with issues related to commercial agency law, labor law and company’s law, and he is an expert in drafting and reviewing legal contracts. .
